Our mare Della Cavalleria was the undisputed winner in a novice (A) level test for young dressage horses at the Oldenburg State Show in Rastede/GER. Ridden by Kira Wulferding, this four-year old Diamond Hit daughter that we discovered at the auction in Vechta/GER received a score of 8.7. That means that she has qualified for the final on Friday. 

After winning the Grand Prix, Falcao OLD also won the free-style today in Fritzens in absolutely tropical heat with 76.50 percent -which meant ahead of Anders Dahl/DEN with Afrikka (75.20 percent) who took second, Fiona Bigwood/GBR with Mr. G de Lully (73.80) on third and Elena Sidneva/RUS on Artax-Condor RBB (72.45) on fourth.

After taking first place with Reve d'Amour OLD in the Inter I test with strong competitors, Falcao OLD won the Grand Prix in Fritzens. We received more than 72 percent for a very accurate test with very good pirouettes, nice flying changes and expressive extensions. 

After the St. Georges, Reve d'Amour OLD also won the Inter I at the Schindlhof in Fritzens, again with more than 70 percent.  

I risked a bit too much today in the Grand Prix qualification for the Special in Fritzens. August der Starke OLD started to canter in the extended trot twice. But those were the only mistakes that he made today and otherwise his performance was very commanding and also very expressive. 1665 points meant second place behind Emma Hindle/GBR on Lancet (1694 points).

Tomorrow one of my most favorite shows starts in Fritzens at Evelyn and Klaus Haim-Swarovski's facilities. It's such a familiar show for me. I'll be riding Falcao OLD, August der Starke OLD, Eichendorff and Reve d'Amour OLD.
