Falcao OLD and I maintained our tenth place in the free-style of the Dressage Prize of Aachen with 72.20 percent. We might have done even a little bit better if I hadn't risked a bit too much in the last extended canter, causing Falcao OLD to change leads. But just having reached the free-style was a great achievement for me!!!

I still can't believe it but with 69.68 percent and tenth in the Special, Falcao OLD and I qualified for the free-style of the best 15 couples tomorrow in Aachen/GER. 

In the Special of the CDI tour in Aachen/GER, August der Starke OLD took sixth place with 67.56 percent. We got off to a very good start in this test which is ridden under floodlights and were up at 70 percent. But then we messed up a bit because August was frightened by a very light strike of lightening. My concentration was gone and I rode a wrong movement - and that cost a lot of points. 

In the Inter I of Aachen/GER today, Augustin OLD achieved 69.60 percent and had to be satisfied with second place behind Weltmeyer Junior under Matthias Alexander Rath/GER (70.20 percent)

At the premiere CHIO Auction in Aachen/GER we just couldn't resist twice. Brendula is a six-year old chestnut mare by Wolfram Wittig's Grand Prix winner,  Breitling W. The dam's sire is the Thoroughbred stallion, Christian Prince.
