Completely soaked but happy, I won the Grand Prix with Falcao today in Munich/GER and took second place with Augustin in the St. Georges. That makes up for three down pours like you can't believe: two tailcoats, two riding breeches and two top hats got soaking wet and had to be hung up to dry.

We and the horses have arrived safety in Munich/GER. "We" also means Falcao, Salieri, Eichendorff, August der Starke and Augustin.

Today Reve d'Amour and I also won the St. Georges in Steyr - with more than 72 percent. He did a really neat test. Once he was at the show, he developed even more energy than at home in training but was still easy to control. Our trainer, Pernilla, rode Wintermärchen in her first St. Georges, taking second place because of a small error after the pirouette. This is really quite an achievement because Wintermärchen had been a broodmare for awhile and has only been in training for sport for two years now.

For the coming weekend, we plan to compete at the national Dressage Show in Steyr before we're off to Munich/GER next Tuesday. We still haven't decided which horses we will take for the international show; it's always so hard to decide. The Grand Prix horses are all in excellent shape and figuring out which horses should go the small tour isn't easy either. Munich is not an easy venue because of the strong influence the weather plays.

My debut with Reve d'Amour in Steyr went just super: First place in the advanced (S) level dressage with more than 71 percent. Second place went to his stable mate, Wintermärchen, a fabulous achievement for her first start in advanced level.

We've all been infected by Mini-Fieber (translates as "mini fever"). Wizard and his first love get a work-out every day and lunging them is sure funny. He goes around the circle like a good boy and she follows right behind from the correct distance.
